Resilience Within Staff Training

“A workshop for the reduction and prevention of lateral violence and systemic stress and the cultivation of high quality teams”

Program Goals

A training designed to stimulate and support conscious service to the greater good by reinforcing resilience in the midst of social and workplace struggles. Participants will acquire life tactics through solution-oriented topics, conversations and activity experiences.

This program will enhance their quality of life by eliciting and strengthening productive engagement and increasing performance both professionally, personally and as teams rather than cliques.

Learning Objectives

• Inquire and expand in personal awareness and situational awareness in the context of conscious service delivery.

• To explore a clear understanding of emotional freedom and overcoming limiting belief systems.

• Understand systems, principals of systems and apply them in all areas of life.

• To reveal passion, purpose, personal achievement and resilience

• For individuals to unveil their own happiness freedom and peace.

At the end of the Program Participants will:

• Become flexible and adaptable in their life and in work ethic. Improved work skills and life skills with a clearer purpose and enhanced engagement.

• Have practical tools for problem solving both personally and systemically.

• Have resilience and balance to work both as a team participant and team leader.

• Will have a deeper understanding of what causes social struggles and have a means to overcome and succeed in life’s endeavors for themselves and those they work with in relation to lateral violence related to colonialism, and vicarious trauma.

• Have heightened self-awareness and situational awareness in regards to systems.

• Improved team performance in the work-based relationships.
