We have been in stressful and challenging times with ongoing social difficulties. Whether it’s financial stress, grief, economic instabilities, health crisis, social pressures and responsibilities, environmental uncertainties, family turmoil, and/or ensuring the well-being of children in our lives.
Too often relationships experience the brunt of these stresses, which often leads to conflict and toxic dynamics.
This is the ideal time to invest time and energy in exploring practical approaches that are necessary in personal and collective liberation.
In the completion of this session, participants will:
Have the leverage to shift from being reactionary behaviours to problem-solving behaviours.
Have the insight to notice early indicators of conflict, and know how to address it in an effective way.
Have the awareness to create and maintain spaces for growth..
Contribute to Multi-generational Liberation within their families and Nations.
