Session Goals

This session is designed to explore the relationship between projects, systems and strategies while applying actionable approaches to ensure outcomes are achieved. Participants will acquire life tactics through solution-oriented conversations and activity-based experiences. This program will enhance their quality of life by eliciting and strengthening productive engagement and increasing the quality of performance both professionally, personally and as teams for improved operational capacity.

Learning Objectives

• Inquire and expand in personal awareness and situational awareness in the context of current projects, pre-existing systems and processes, and review or creation of strategy.

• To explore the relationship between emotions, behaviors, and systemic outcomes.

• Understand principals of systems and apply them in strategies and projects.

• To reveal passion, purpose, personal achievement and resilience.

• For individuals to unveil Joy, Compassion, Peace, and self-control for the achievement of unity, harmony, and cohesiveness in collective accomplishment.

At the end of the Program Participants will:

• Become flexible and adaptable in their life and in work ethic. Improved work skills and life skills with a clearer purpose and enhanced engagement.

• Have practical tools for problem solving both personally and systemically.

• Have resilience and balance to work both as a team participants and team leaders.

• Will have a deeper understanding of what causes social struggles and have a means to overcome and succeed in life’s endeavors for themselves and those they work with in relation to lateral violence related to colonialism, and vicarious trauma.

• Have the ability to apply solution-oriented systems-based approaches for outcomes.

• Have the skills to activate and mobiles strategy within the project scopes.
